Editorial board members are the academic backbone of each track. They review manuscripts, recommend qualified peer reviewers, advise on scope, and help raise the series's standing within their academic communities.
Appointment is voluntary, for a two-year renewable term. Board members are listed publicly on the series page alongside their affiliation. IAASSE does not charge or pay for board membership.

Authors do not submit directly to IAASSE. Submissions flow through the conference organiser, who has entered a publishing agreement with IAASSE. If your conference is using IAASSE Multidisciplinary International Conference Proceedings Series, the organiser will provide you with the submission instructions and template.
Once accepted by the conference's peer-review process and approved by the organiser, your paper is processed by the IAASSE editorial team, assigned a DOI, and published in the relevant series volume — permanently, open access, at no cost to readers.

IAASSE is committed to the highest standards of research integrity. Our publishing practices are guided by the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
All papers published in the IAASSE Multidisciplinary International Conference Proceedings Series undergo peer review conducted by the hosting conference's scientific committee. Peer reviewers are subject-matter experts nominated by the conference organiser. IAASSE requires that each paper receives a minimum of two independent expert reviews before acceptance.
IAASSE performs a further editorial quality check on all accepted manuscripts before publication, covering completeness of metadata, reference formatting, originality (plagiarism screening), and adherence to the author guidelines.
All listed authors must have made a genuine and substantial intellectual contribution to the work. Ghost authorship (listing individuals who did not contribute) and honorary authorship (omitting genuine contributors) are not permitted and constitute a breach of our publishing ethics.
The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors have approved the final manuscript and agreed to its submission for publication.
Authors warrant that submitted work is original, has not been previously published in any language, and is not under review elsewhere at the time of submission. Self-plagiarism — reproducing substantial portions of one's own prior published work without citation and disclosure — is treated with the same seriousness as plagiarism of others' work.
IAASSE screens all submissions using plagiarism detection tools. Papers with a similarity index above accepted thresholds will be returned to the author for revision or rejected.
Authors must disclose any financial, personal, or professional relationships that could influence the research or its interpretation. Reviewers must declare any potential conflicts and recuse themselves where an objective review cannot be guaranteed. IAASSE editors do not handle manuscripts in which they have a conflict of interest.
Studies involving human participants must have received prior ethical approval from an appropriate institutional review board or ethics committee. Authors must state this approval in the manuscript, including the name of the approving body and reference number where applicable. Informed consent of participants must be documented.
IAASSE is committed to maintaining the integrity of the scholarly record. If an error is discovered after publication, a formal correction will be issued and linked to the original article. Retractions are issued in cases of fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, or irreproducible results where the conclusions are unreliable.
Authors who believe a paper has been incorrectly rejected may submit a formal appeal to proceedings@iaasse.org within 30 days of the decision. Appeals must set out specific grounds; disagreement with the reviewers' scientific judgement alone does not constitute grounds for appeal.
Concerns about publication ethics — including suspected plagiarism, data manipulation, or undisclosed conflicts of interest — may be reported confidentially to proceedings@iaasse.org. IAASSE investigates all credible concerns in accordance with COPE guidance and takes appropriate action.

IAASSE is committed to equitable open-access publishing. APCs apply to conference proceedings, with automatic waivers and discounts for authors from lower-income economies — based on World Bank country classifications.
IAASSE offers automatic and requested APC waivers and discounts based on the World Bank income classification of the authors' base countries. Eligible authors receive meaningful reductions — up to a full 100% waiver — with no application form required in most cases.
* Classification follows the World Bank GNI per capita thresholds, updated annually. The corresponding author's primary institutional affiliation determines the applicable tier.
IAASSE charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) per paper published in the conference proceedings. This charge is agreed with the conference organiser at the time of the publishing agreement and covers all costs associated with editorial processing, DOI registration with Crossref, metadata indexing submissions, permanent open-access hosting, and CC BY 4.0 licensing.
Whether an APC is passed on to individual authors, or absorbed by the conference organiser or a sponsoring institution, is at the discretion of the organiser. IAASSE's waiver policy applies to the APC as invoiced — regardless of who ultimately settles it.
Beyond the automatic tier-based discounts, IAASSE considers case-by-case hardship waivers for individual researchers who can demonstrate exceptional financial need — regardless of their country classification. To request a hardship waiver, contact proceedings@iaasse.org before submission with a brief statement of circumstances.
Organisers hosting conferences in qualifying economies may request that the waiver is applied at the volume level rather than per-article. Include your World Bank country classification and a brief description of your conference's funding model in your .
APC rates, waiver tiers, and discount criteria are published openly on this page and updated whenever the World Bank revises its annual country classifications. IAASSE does not operate hidden fees, post-publication charges, or reader-side paywalls of any kind. Every paper published is freely accessible to all readers immediately upon publication.
